A free trial version of HybridForms is available in the Windows store. Just a few steps are needed to activate the app. You can test the app for free – with no obligations, without risks. The trial version contains two sample forms which enable you to try out the different input options. Further functions like the built-in PDF engine, the access to the central SharePoint platform or Excel evaluation are disabled for this release. Here is the download link to the Windows Store ›

The client app runs on all on all devices with Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 as the operating system. You choose the optimal device according to the future field of application – a business tablet, a rugged outdoor tablet with special sleeve or a laptop. Can fill out your forms on a mobile basis, take photos, save audio memos, integrate location information in your maps. For the central administration of the stored data you need a  SharePoint 2013 Server with MS SQL.

With the HybridForms Webfiller you can work with HybridForms also on Windows 7 – as well as with all HTML5 web browsers. You can fill in forms simply in the web browser, check the entries and edit them. Everything in your familiar working surroundings.

You can, of course, flexibly create unlimited own form templates based on your requirements and use the extensive possibilities and the selection of predefined form elements.

The client app works independently from access to the Internet. All data that you enter in the offline mode will be synchronized with the central database when the network is available again. You always see the current status in the header bar of the client app, quickly at a glance: green bar for online mode or red bar for offline (including the time of the latest synchronization of data).

You can integrate a variety of external devices via the USB interface option in the app – such as, for example, pulse oximeter, electrocardiogram (ECG), bar code scanners, printers, chip cards. The data will automatically appear in the appropriate form fields.

Data exchange from and to third-party systems is possible via SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft SQL interfaces, legacy systems can be integrated easily. Networking rather than replace is the key aim.

The encrypted data connection using SSL/TLS, encryption (BitLocker, TPM) of the hard drive and the integrated device management with the deactivation of lost devices (remote access / remote wipe) ensure the security of your data during the entire working process.

The app speaks many languages, forms are available in several languages. Such as also with Arabic characters and Arabic reading direction. The default language settings of HybridForms are English and German.

No matter whether you prefer to hold you tablet vertically or horizontally, whether you have a large or small tablet – the forms always fit, and adujst automatically and perfectly to the the respective alignment and size.
